First:  Sarah?!  Is that you?!  I was afraid you were gone for good!  HI!!  There you go again, having a LIFE instead of hanging out on the 'net, posting stuff about a TV show!  For shame! Wink

As for tonight's episode:  Umm. . .What the HELL?!  I'm sorry, I don't know quite what to think about this episode!  I'm definitely gonna have to give it another viewing before I can make an overall concrete opinion. It was just off!  I'm still trying to decide if Jensen's Dean-being-scared stuff was comic genius or just kind of off.  (I know, I know; don't crucify me, people.  I have, heretofore, only showered praise on the guy, but I have to be honest!  And, not that he'd ever see this but, if he did, he strikes me as tough enough to take it!  I'm guessing he's smart & secure enough not to want false praise!  Hey, nobody's perfect.)  While him shrieking like a little girl at the cat was over the top, it was, I must admit, pretty damned funny.  "That was scary!" Laughing   I loved Sammy's facial expressions in response to Dean's cowardly behavior.  It was like "Bad Day at Black Rock" in reverse.  Jared turned in a solid performance in this one.  I'm surprised Sammy didn't bring up the stuff Dean said about their lives.  I totally expected it.  Brief shallow remark:  Liked the guys being dressed up so much.

I'm sorry, people, but. . . ghost disease?!  Seriously?!  *groan*  I don't know, man.  That's a bit. . .even for this show, just kinda out there.  I know, I know, where the hell are the parameters in this show?  Still.  Again, I need to rewatch this one.  I think this is the first ep. ever I've felt this way about; just very much on the fence.  Bobby speaking flawless (as far as I know; I don't speak it) Japanese was just too cool (if anyone knows what he said, please tell me!); what can't Bobby do?  I really like how we learn about him in bits and pieces. He's just full of surprises, this guy.  Again, like the past couple of eps., this one needed some Castiel.  He could just pop in for any random reason, really, in every ep. as far as I'm concerned.  *shrug*  Don't judge me.  I loved the shot of Dean running hell bent for leather out of the factory; very funny.

OK, here's an odd comment:  Sammy looks fucking cool with yellow demon eyes.  There, I said it.  I don't know what's wrong with me, but it just looked awesome!  Don't get me wrong, I never want to see him have them for real (but I've figured out that I most likely will, so I'd better just suck it up, I guess) and I was uncomfortable with Dean seeing them after he was supposedly cured, but it did look cool.  Way cooler than any other character who's had them.  Also, I don't know what went wrong because, while the other time I saw that little actress portray Lilith she gave me the creeps, this time she seemed silly.  And I'm wondering if Jensen got through the "Ba-boom!" scene without cracking up.  I would've cracked up.  Another nice scene:  "I don't like the looks of those teenagers"; we then see a shot of normal, innocent-looking adolescents with bicycles.  Ha!!

The best things about this ep. were Bobby showing up (I honestly was hardly even interested until then, unfortunately.  He showed up and I basically said, "Good, maybe he'll salvage the ep." and things did improve once he was there) and, well, the most fantastic thing happened after the actual episode--

As for what happened after the actual episode:  HAAA!!  That's it, Jensen, be my man already!  That was pretty jaw-droppingly hysterical!  I've never seen anyone that hot be that goofy!  What got INTO him?! Laughing  Laughing  And was that Jared's laugh I heard among the other people laughing?  I think so!  Jensen, drugs're bad, m'kay?  In the future, just say no!   Cool  Laughing  Now I've got Jensen doing that AND Jensen in lederhosen to keep on file in my head to pull out whenever I need a laugh.  I am very grateful. Very Happy

I may comment more when I rewatch the ep. later (much later, probably.)   I'll set you free for now!  I hope to see more comments/discussion!

I know I'm sick but I've been watching reruns of the "Eye of the Tiger" videclip all week...Jensen playing guitar with his leg is just, gosh! I'm laughing just remembering it, but that pose at the end got me weak at the knees... Now I'm drooling. Laughing

The episode was a bit slow but it had it's moments with Dean hysterical fits. Good that Bobby was there.

Monster Movie was OK too. I liked the black and white look though not so much the suits. Dean got to flirt with a girl which he hadn't done in a while and Sam could rolled his eyes for it.

Thanks, Sarah, for reminding me of Dogma. I knew I had heard somewhere humans couldn't resist angels true forms but I couldn't remind from where. That's some great movie.

OK, last two episodes weren't that awesome, let's hope tonite's will be better.

See ya!

Ha, Supernatural's titles are so random!  Love that title, though.

You'll be spared my full review for tonight's ep. for now, as it's very late and I'm very tired and still have a lot to do before bed.  But, briefly:

Oh my God, Hell yes!  'Bout damned time this show got back on track!  And my Castiel dreams and fantasies CAME TRUE!!  This is EXACTLY the way I hoped he'd turn out to be!  I just have to say Misha is awesome.  His portrayal of Castiel from the start is what sparked my thought that he may be like this and my fierce desire that he would.  You don't know just how completely accurately the show's and Misha's portrayal of Castiel tonight fulfilled my fantasy!  That's it, I'm fully on board with the religious angle now.  Awesome, awesome, awesome.  I'm so happy!  Castiel is beautiful.  And mysterious.  And intriguing.  So much depth for so few eps.  I know some hoped or expected he'd turn out to be "shady," actually a demon or something, but I never got those vibes and hoped it wouldn't be the case.  And, ta-da!  Look at that, he's so awesome I've typed a whole paragraph without mentioning the Winchesters!

Dean--AWESOME.  There's that low self esteem again, though, thinking he'd failed the test.  I immediately thought he'd passed and was surprised to hear he thought otherwise.  And, Oh my God, I totally called that the angels had to obey Dean!  That was soooo awesome.  And I am in love with Dean playing his "God must think I'm special" card; see?  He can find self esteem--ya know, if other people's lives are at stake!  Sammy--Oh my God.  This ep. seemed really even as far as attention devoted to the guys.  But Sammy's stuff kinda stood out.  I mean, he met not only Cas, but Uriel.  He used his powers.  He got threatened by an angel. All in all, a hell of an ep. for Sammy!  Jared's way too good at acting heartbreakingly, adorably in need of comforting.  When I witnessed Sammy's disappointment in the angels. . .AWWWWWW.  That was the most extreme puppy dog face ever and it was more fitting than ever and I wanted to jump into the Impala and hug him more than ever.  And Dean's reaction. . . AWWWWWWWW.  Trying to make him feel better.  It was just all touching and sweet.  And this show is so damned lucky they've got the two Js because it'd be too easy to mess up scenes like that; go over the top, be too sappy or whatever.  And, yes, of course, the terrific writing/script doesn't hurt, either!  And Sammy having to use his power killed me.  Dean's FACE when he saw him. . . Shocked  Shocked   Wow.  Jensen is just too good.  Best expression EVER.  And, I mean, really, what choice DID Sammy have?  And, wow, there it is.  Sammy's powers definitely ARE straight from Azazel.  I'm NOT happy.  That SUCKS.  NO NO NO.

Is it just me, or do y'all think Dean and Cas are gonna really like each other?  Unless Misha and Jensen were totally screwing up their acting (extremely unlikely!), I think I saw the seeds of that tonight.

Uriel is cool; he scares me.  Nice job, whoever he is (I'm too busy paying attention to the show to read all the opening creds.)  Glad he's there and he sure makes Castiel seem even more awesome.  It's already very apparent how different they are.  I kinda don't want to totally hate the guy, though.  It's hard not to, though, when he's threatening a Winchester.  I hope he ends up having as much depth and intrigue as Castiel, rather than things with them always just being black and white (no joke intended there!).

Lovely ep. overall; my guts are back in knots again.  The show has reached out and grabbed me full force again.  What a relief!

P.S.  tatis?!  You rock for still being here!  Don't leave me!  Damn, I'm clingy! Laughing   I do miss everyone here, though.

Shutting up (for now!)

I really need to see new Supernatural episodes... If they're not downloaded today, that's it! I'm moving to the States.

What's the last one you saw?  And where do you live?  They usually have them up on YouTube within a day or so after they air.  Good luck!

Can't believe that it's been almos two months since the last post  Embarassed I suppose it's true time flies. I guess it's too late to be wishing Happy holidays but not too late to wish you all a Happy New Year.

Well, at last I got to see the rest of the episodes (to answer your questions, last one I saw was Yellow fever, I live in Spain and my connection is not so good as to be able to watch episodes in Youtube Wink).

So, "Whisful Thinking" - Entretaining but I don't think anything remarkable struck me from it, though now it's been a while since I saw it.

"I know what you did last summer" and "Heaven and Hell - I guess you gotta treat these two episodes as one as they're so interrelated. I really liked the way what happened to Sam while Dean was gone is told. I for one needed some information on that time. I like the way the story unfolds and how all the questions about the relationship between Ruby and Sam are answered.

I don't like the overuse of religious symbols. I know it's been the tonic throughout the fourth season so far but come on, a virgin crying bloody tears for the proximity of a demon!!! Can't it get more stereotypical? I can answer to that, yes, it can. The relationships of the boys: we have the demonic pair (Sam/Ruby) having hot rough sex while the angelic one (Dean/Anna) is all soft and sweet making out - the hand on the back window of the Impala was way too cheesy.

I have to admire Jensen Ackles for the last scene, it got me stuck to the screen though it came out of nowhere. I don't have the feeling that enough have been given out in the other episodes to reach to this moment, but he made it believable.

All considered, I enjoyed the episodes,a lot, it's just that I can't get over the religious theme and that's making me a little edgy.

Sorry to have taken so long to post but you have new episodes coming (tomorrow, isn't it?). Enjoy! (and tell me about it   Smile )

Hi, tatis!

Decided to visit the ghost town, eh?  I breeze through like a tumbleweed now and again, just to see if anyone has strayed home, but it appears we're the last two standing!  Such a bummer; this was a great site!

I basically loved the last two eps.  There was bad stuff, yes (the steamy window was so lame, yes) but, overall, good.  I'll try to type more later.  It's 2:22 a.m. and I should get my ass to bed!

In the states, the new eps. begin Thursday 15th.  And I can't wait!

New episode already downloading, I hope it doesnt get tooooo long.

One thing I forgot to mention, is that  I loved to have Pamela back. I like her character probably because I miss Ellen. It was good to have strong women characters around the boys. But I would really like to have Ellen back.

Hi (if there is someone still around here)

I just have to tell that "On the head of a pin" must be the best episodes I've watched so far in Supernatural. Two thumbs up.

Hellooooo, tatis98!  This tumbleweed decided to blow through again for the first time in a long time.  It's good to "see" ya!  I miss all the cool people who used to hang here; I wonder what happened?

And I agree about "On the Head of a Pin."  It has now usurped "Mystery Spot" as my favorite episode!  God, I love Castiel!  We get to learn about his vessel later!  I've always wanted that, yay!

Feel free to post in here when ya want to; if I find it, I'll post back.  I guess this is our own little abandoned ghost town now.  Maybe we should try to recruit?  I'm stuck posting in the Lounge now, and it's such a sucky site (the way it's set up; so prudish and censory)! I really miss this place.
