Sammy dying in Dean's arms is going to kill me. I'm pretty certain that Sam will get out of it alive though, in the end anyway.

My concern though, is what it will do to Dean. Will he go on a killing rampage and kill everything good, bad or evil.

Man it's gonna kill me just waiting for this Evil or Very Mad

I am soooo worried about Dean. Sad

I'm also worried about what Sam disliking him in WIAWSB will do to him. But I heard this ep has HUGS. Real hugs. Which I'm thinking means a miraculous comeback for Sammy and some "OMG You're ALIVE! I love you man!" hug action from Dean.
